My fitness journey began in 2008, when I joined Fitness First, Ambience Mall.
Starting off as a freelance instructor, I progressed to become their star trainer and eventually the Group Exercise Manager at their platinum club in Saket.

Other than Fitness First, I have worked at various gyms across Delhi NCR, such as Celebrity Fitness, Ozone and Vivafit.

I am the Master Trainer and Presenter of Les Mills BodyBalance and I conduct classes, several trainings, workshops and shows all over India, such as in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune.

I started my own studio by the name of Komal Yoga and Fitness Studio in 2012.
I conduct Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Kids/Teens Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Yoga for Beginners, Personal trainings and Functional trainings at my studio, while also continuing freelance work at Fitness First and a few other gyms.

Komal Yoga and Fitness Studio’ is dedicated to providing overall Health and Fitness to people across all age groups by conducting not only a Variety of Yoga and Fitness classes in the studio; but also conducting various Outdoor Workshops, Events, Treks and Fun Outings to help people get a break from their mundane routine and get rejuvenated to face life and work with even more zest and zeal!

I am offering Personal Training  to people who have specific health and fitness goals like weight loss, inch loss, body shaping, toning , or for people with any medical or health problem due to which they are unable to participate in a group class by doing a ‘Postural Analysis’ and designing a fitness program specific to them. My personal training plans are designed as per the client’s requirements with a very high success rate.

I am also an avid runner and have been participating in 10 kms Pinkathon since last 3 years. I also train my members to run in marathons.

My studio is available during non-class time for renting the space for events, trainings, meetings, or classes other than what are already being provided in the studio.
